HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

We do not sell your personal information. We share your information only in the following circumstances.

With Physicians

Your health information is shared with the licensed physician assigned to your care for the purpose of providing telehealth services.

With Pharmacies

Your prescription information is shared with our 503A compounding pharmacy partners solely for the purpose of fulfilling your prescription.

With Service Providers

We work with third-party vendors who assist in operating the Platform (payment processing, SMS/email communications, cloud storage). These vendors are contractually required to protect your information and may only use it to provide services to us.

As Required by Law

We may disclose your information when required by law, court order, or government authority.

In a Business Transfer

If Hawa360 is acquired or merges with another company, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your information is subject to a different privacy policy.

DATA SECURITY

We take the security of your information seriously. We use:

  • Secure HTTPS connections for all data transmission
  • Access controls limiting PHI to authorized personnel only

DATA RETENTION

We retain your health information for a minimum of 7 years from your last date of service, or longer if required by applicable law. You may request deletion of your non-health personal information at any time, subject to our legal retention obligations.
